Sandwich Valves / Slim Valves
PTS produces “sandwich valves” (or “slim valves”), which are intended for hot tap or line stop Operations. These valves are compatible with your line stop equipment for low and high-pressure applications. These valves are typically part of line stop kits, which increases the flexibility of any line stop machine setup.

Line Stop Housing
The line stop housing is an important part as it accommodates the flow stop head and seal parts during operations. PTS provides cases in different configurations, with or without an outlet port, to cater to different line stop machine designs.

Line Stop Actuators (Manual Jack Screw)
Manual Jack Screw are used to activate and locate line stop head during line/flow stop operations on pipelines of less than 18 inches that are suitable for high and low-pressure pipelines.

Yes. We provide both hydraulic and manual jack screw actuators for small and large sizes line stopping job based on the size of the pipes and pressure needs.
Can your sealing elements work with all pipeline materials?
Yes. Our sealing elements are made of different polymer that can withstand temperatures from -20 deg C to +220 deg C depending on the pressure and temperature for line stop Operation.
