Self Sealing Repair Clamps
PTS offers self-sealing repair clamps designed to provide a quick, reliable solution to leaking pipes under various pressure applications. These clamps are fabricated in our workshop and can be customized with ring seals for localized damage or WRAS approved sealing mat with side restraints for a complete repair solution. The clamps are mechanically installed using captive bolts, with bespoke size ranges to match specific pipeline requirements.
Uni-Valve®
Uni-Valve® Insertion is a process where a Uni Valve is installed into a pressurized system, either through mechanical or welded methods. The Uni-Valve® is an innovative solution in the oil & gas, water, and process pipeline industries, allowing for the insertion of a fully functional valve into an active pipeline. This system enables efficient pipeline maintenance and modification without requiring system shutdowns.
The Uni-Valve® is compatible with pipelines ranging from 3 inches to 18 inches in size and is designed to operate under pressures up to 16 bar. It can be easily operated using standard valve operating devices with a conventional valve key. The installation of the Uni-Valve® requires only one excavation, making it a cost-effective and minimally disruptive option for maintaining or controlling the flow in pressurized pipelines.

Combine Valve Tee
Designed for under pressure and line stop drilling operations, the combine valve tee is a full-bore inline construction valve. This product drastically reduces operational time and offers a versatile solution for various pipeline types. Available in PN16 and Class 150 flange patterns Can be reused for line stop re-entries, offering long-term flexibility.
