Specialized Pipeline Products
PTS manufactures special products for utility and process lines of low pressure. They are designed to meet the specific needs of various industries, with efficiency, safety, and reliability in mind in pipeline work. Our pipeline repair products are designed for different needs – from a rapid repair to a permanent solution in pipeline management.
Self Sealing Repair Clamps
The self-sealing repair clamps from PTS are used to seal leaking pipes in various applications of pressure in a short period of time. These leak repair clamps are perfect for high-pressure system sealing and can be customised with ring seals for localised damage or a whole solution with side restraints for WRAS-approved sealing mat systems. The captive bolts are used for the mechanical installation of the pipeline repair clamps that have bespoke size ranges to cater for specific pipeline needs.

Uni-Valve®
The process of inserting Uni-Valve® is known as Uni-Valve Insertion, which is the process of inserting Uni-Valve® in pressurised systems through mechanical or welded techniques. The Uni-Valve® is a unique solution to the oil & gas, water, and process pipeline industries. It is an insert valve that can be installed on an active pipeline without shutting it down, and the pipeline can be maintained or altered without affecting its system.
The Uni-Valve® is designed for pipes of up to 18 inches in diameter and pressure of up to 16 bar. It can be operated easily with a standard valve key and only requires one excavation, thus being an affordable and least disruptive solution for flow control in pressurised pipelines.
The Uni-Valve® is compatible with pipelines ranging from 3 inches to 18 inches in size and is designed to operate under pressures up to 16 bar. It can be easily operated using standard valve operating devices with a conventional valve key. The installation of the Uni-Valve® requires only one excavation, making it a cost-effective and minimally disruptive option for maintaining or controlling the flow in pressurized pipelines.
