Uni-Valve®
Uni-Valve® Insertion is a process where a Uni-Valve® is installed into a pressurized system, either through mechanical or welded methods. The Uni-Valve® is an innovative solution in the Oil & Gas, water, and process pipeline industries, allowing for the insertion of a fully functional valve into an active pipeline. This system enables efficient pipeline maintenance and modification without requiring system shutdowns.
The Uni-Valve® is compatible with pipelines ranging from 3 inches to 18 inches in size and is designed to operate under pressures up to 16 bar. It can be easily operated using standard valve operating devices with a conventional valve key. The installation of the Uni- Valve® requires only one excavation, making it a cost-effective and minimally disruptive option for maintaining or controlling the flow in pressurized pipelines.
